Implants are hard-to-get, superior things, so if you get a set of them, plan to use them on a superior build. This build is planned for a full set of Implants although EN and CH are not needed.
NOTE: At Level 30, get an IN implant for more Skill Points per level.
NOTE: All builds benefit greatly from getting the combat Implants and this build is intended for a full set:
- 2 Nemean implants for 10 max Hit Points each
- 2 Dermal implants for +2% Normal/Explosion DR each
- 2 Phoenix implants for +4% Fire/Laser/Plasma DR each
Leveling
Use a planner tool (get from forum) to determine a target level. Then use a Leveling Build to reach that target level via your favorite leveling method. Then Reroll to a permanent build like this one.
- Once you Re-Roll and you're reading your Book of Achievement to level up your new warrior, remember to pause at Level 30 to get your IN implant surgically installed.
Strengths and Weaknesses
With a full set of implants surgically installed in your ultimate warrior, his weaknesses will be minimized. Lower Luck will occasionally cost you during combat. On Drugs, his PE is planned to match weapon range.

- Get Implants, Power Armor, Bozars and Vindicators all from Dayglow
Alternate Versions
- You could try Kamikaze for 10% more damage, but your DR will be lowered.
- Jet can be used for more speed, but you'll want Buffout to recover those 2 lost points of ST. Using Buffout reduces your AG by 1 though, and the usual way to mitigate that is to wash down your Buffout with a Nuka-Cola. This build is already planned for Nuka-Cola use though, so if you plan to use Buffout, then you might want to start with AG 9 instead of 8. Take a point from IN and plan for only OD 150 instead of 175, and a lower Doctor or Traps skill.
