As I succumb in the darkness, I bask in the cold, cold horrors of self. Fear, for I am no Oasis...

Some people just can't get their own hands dirty. Time to do some real work, and start killing some losers. This guy in Junktown better be paying good, or I'll just kill him too. Better go to tat location on my map, and slaughter that family.

As soon as you enter their location north of Junktown, they attack you. You get no chance to negotiate or hear their side of the story. Apparently killing them even under these conditions is not seen by the rest of the wasteland's population as self defense, maybe because you went there with a murder contract regardless of your intentions. Going there at all looks bad, so you take a lot of reputation hits with most people.
