There is a Sad Dog Owner in Hub in a small building on the right side of the main street. His dog is dying and he asks your help to end the pain of his dog.

You can give him either a Shotgun so he can kill his dog, or give him some RadAway instead, telling him it will remove some radiation and maybe cure the dog.
