When you talk to San Marino in San Francisco's judiciary building he introduces himself to you as "the King Shit of Bounty Hunters". He tracks down the groups of Desperados who keep attacking the Caravans and is looking to hire bounty hunters to take care of them. Expect to meet a group of NPCs with 1302 HP if you accept the bounty.
