Arroyo is a small village on the north west of The World map. This small settlement is on high grounds and is mostly surrounded by cliffs, connected to the outside only by a single ancient rope-and-plank bridge.
It is a secure home for a primitive way of life, with inhabitants' ancestors coming from Vault 13.
It is not currently possible to find or enter the town of Arroyo, other than asking a dev to teleport you there.
