An abandoned compound, but might be frequented by Raiders and other, more deadly foes. It is an old factory/laboratory and watch out - it is a Full Loot Drop location! A good place for PvP. There is a working elevator that takes you from ground level to the 2nd floor, but you'll need some special key to get beyond the heavy doors.

NOTE: Leave the Talchem Key in the terminal when you use it, and remove it when you leave. The key has to be in the terminal for the heavy double doors to open.
NOTE: Copies of the proper key that you might get from T-Ray, do not work here. The key has to be the authentic tubular key.

WARNING! The interior spaces of this place are highly Radiated and some rooms inflict poison, so you should bring some Antidotes, Rad-X and RadAways.
